Hillcrest School & District 58 Platforms

ParentSquare: View communications from the Hillcrest and District 58 offices. You can choose how you prefer to receive messages (email, text or push notification) in the app. Classroom communications will move to ParentSquare starting in 2027-28 (Seesaw will be retired).

Hillcrest Headlines: Mrs. Rzepka’s weekly newsletter sent to your email on Fridays via ParentSquare.

Communicate 58: District 58’s bi-weekly newsletter for district-wide announcements and goings-on, sent to your email via ParentSquare. 

PowerSchool: View student schedules, grades, attendance and registration info.

PowerPTC: Sign up for Parent-Teacher Conferences in October and February.

Seesaw: View photos of classroom work and activities shared by your student and special communications sent by staff, such as Mr. Belonio’s weekly art class videos and Mr. Gilbert’s newsletter, The P.E. Pulse. 

FD MealPlanner: New this year! View menus for hot lunch.

MyMealOrder: New this year! Pre-order and pre-pay for hot lunch and milk.

PushCoin: Pay school fees for registration, instructional materials and more.

Technology Help Desk: Submit a ticket for tech support with school-provided devices. 

Hillcrest PTA Platforms

Givebacks: Sign up for your Hillcrest PTA membership, make a tax-deductible donation or reserve tickets for PTA events like Game Night.

Weekly Howl: Hillcrest PTA’s weekly newsletter sent to your inbox on Wednesdays via Constant Contact. You can also find PTA info on the PTA website, hounddogs.org.

DirectorySpot: Hillcrest PTA’s family and staff directory. Once you’ve joined the PTA, use this app or website to view class lists and get contact information for other Hillcrest families.
