A can’t miss parents night out that is also the PTA’s biggest fundraiser of the year, responsible for funding 75% of Academic and Social programs, like field trips, assemblies, in-class experiences, staff appreciation and more. The Game Night Committee requires an army of volunteers to help make this a night to remember (and it always is…)!

Your presence is requested at Launch Control (a.k.a. The Community House) for an evening of interstellar competition and galactic fun. Don’t let your calendar be a black hole—mark the date: Saturday, November 14th, and help us make this night truly stellar. We look forward to seeing the Hillcrest crew for a night that will be “Out of this World!”

Houston, we have a planning problem!

We are still looking for a few more ground control crew members to help us launch. If you are up for the mission, we are currently seeking volunteers for:

• Fundraising: Help us source prizes, auction items, and sponsorships by reaching out to local businesses.
• Communications: Support our outreach through graphic design, drafting content, and scheduling electronic communications via Constant Contact and school newsletters.
• Decor: Use your creative eye to design the event space, order supplies, and help decorate on the night of the event.

Thanks to you and our local partners, last year we raised over $50,000, with 100% of proceeds supporting PTA-organized educational programming, technology, enrichment events, and funds for students in need. That’s the kind of punchline we love.
